Hi, I’m Kelly

I’ve been a project manager for 25 years, and a personal growth junkie for all my life! I’ve used the many tools that I’ve learned over my lifetime to become what was once described as “unflappable” but I think of as a bad ass kind of leader both at my day job and in my personal life. I’ve been formally trained as a clinical hypnotherapist and as a life coach, and I love empowering and mentoring women in male dominated industries like what I do. We’ve got to stick together, you know? Can’t wait to get to know you and welcome you to the Level Up Club!

If you’re like me, you’re a type A right angles, efficiency enthusiast who has accomplished a TON in her life. Not satisfied with good enough, we go for the gold, working long hours, putting in the work to get ish done. That’s fantastic, but there comes a time when you realize you can’t sit through a movie, can’t focus on what your partner or kids are saying, and you just feel restless all the time! It’s hard to sit back and enjoy the life you’ve worked your ass off to get when you are in constant “go mode”.

That’s where My Level Best comes in. Through the podcast I share real life lessons, tips, strategies and mindsets I’ve adopted in order to help me manage even the toughest of challenges and circumstances, and keep going when most normal people would quit or blow up. Through the community, Level Up Club we share with one another and grow from others experiences, have somewhere safe to talk about the tough stuff we all deal with in our everyday life, and fill our cups with the healed feminine vibe and fullness of inner wisdom magnified.
